The RB60H_12 system was tested to N2W4 containment in accordance to EN1317-2 and consists of 12-metre long units. The long length and low unit weight of the RB60H_12 means speedy and easy installation, relocation and removal. Due to the length and weight of the barrier at 132m to 144m the product can be loaded on a standard 44 tonne HGV, reducing logistical requirements and cost.

Integrated rubber pads are available to protect the road surface as each unit weighs in at 2180kgs. It has a compact element design with a width of 260mm and height of 600mm.

REBLOC RB80SA_12, tested in accordance to EN1317-2, is a precast concrete vehicle restraint system designed to provide protection on roads and motorways using 12m long barriers with only 4 pins.

The RB80SA_12 is ideal for narrow road widths since it has a slim width of 300mm and the lowest working width of W1.

Ideal where space is limited, the RB80SA provides N2 containment.

The large contact areas have integrated elastomer pads that result in low surface pressure and protect the road surface.

Each unit weighs 3000kgs, is 12000mm long x 300mm wide x 800mm high.

REBLOC RB80XAS_8 is an anchored precast concrete barrier solution for protection on roads and motorways.

RB80XAS_8 provides H2W2 protection when pinned into asphalt, concrete or compacted soil with no additional foundation required.
The minimum installation length is 64m and due to the universal coupling design is quick and easy to install.

REBLOC RB84XEAL_8 is a precast concrete vehicle restraint system tested to
EN1317. It can be used where high containment is needed within a narrow space.

The 8m barrier RB84XEAL_8 (H2W1) is embedded 40 mm into asphalt or concrete with slim construction and no system movement.
The minimum installation is only 40m and can be used as a Temp2Perm solution as well as having a drainage option too.

REBLOC RB140SFS_5.5 (N2W2/H4aW4) is a free standing precast concrete vehicle restraint system used for long lasting protection on the central reservation and along the verge.

Vehicles deviating from the road are retained or redirected and prevent a dangerous breakthrough onto the opposite carriageway. This REBLOC product provides the highest containment level H4a and even restrains the impact of a 30 tonne truck driving at 65 km/h (TB71 according to EN1317-2).
The height of this system also offers effective glare protection.

The REBLOC® Integrated Noise Barrier (H2W4) is a combined vehicle restraint and noise barrier system.

Noise Barrier provides quick and easy installation and being of modular design allows for easy access for repair work. This product provides safety as well as providing sound insulation to D4 with sound absorption of A2, A3, A4.

Thanks to the combined system, there is only a short distance between the noise barrier and the traffic. As a result, lower noise barriers can be used compared to conventional designs. Improved noise control can be achieved with the same barrier height. Various heights as well as a wide variety of colours, designs and materials are available for customised layout options.
